We've been sold provided the 415 Plan - four routes that are providing 15 minute service between buses along them. The routes are: 16 - Dexter, 21 - Grand River, 34 - Gratiot, and 53 - Woodward.
This means service during core business hours will work well... in theory. Bus bunching is the norm as routes reach half way down their path. A stop isn't just I'm there and gone, riders scramble for fare, handicapped need space cleared, ramp service, and securing. This can move the time for a stop outside the scheduled time.
